Alicia Young, a WVU Tech student who volunteers at SALS, discusses the need for support of Haiti. WVU Tech’s Student Government Association, Biology Club, Christian Student Union, Alpha Pi Omega, the women’s soccer team and SALS are joining together to accept monetary donations in support of Haitian earthquake relief. Members from the organizations will set up tables through Jan. 29 in Orndorff Hall, the Bear’s Den, COBE and the Leonard C. Nelson College of Engineering from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. All contributions will be donated to the Red Cross for earthquake relief efforts in Haiti.
