Lee Jones, principal of Fayette County’s New River Elementary, set to open to students at the beginning of the 2009-10 school year, addresses a group of community leaders and interested individuals on a tour through the new building on Monday. The school will be home to students who formerly attended Oak Hill, Oak Hill East End, and Scarbro Elementary schools.
