Jennifer Lynn Holdren
Jennifer Lynn Holdren, 43, of Cannelton, died July 17, 2010.
Born July 3, 1967, in Montgomery, she was the daughter of the late Walter P. and Eva Jean Dunlap Holdren.
She was employed by the law firm of Hawkins, Parnell and Thaxton, a job she dearly loved. She was raised in The Assembly of God Church and was a 1985 graduate of Valley High School. She attended West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1040 in Montgomery.
She had resided for over nine years with her maternal aunt, Anna G. Hudnall of Cannelton.
Also surviving: sister, Anna Jean Jarrett of Longacre; nephews, Tracy Brian Jarrett of Rogersville, Tenn., and Phillip Jarrett of Longacre; numberous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of Jennifer’s life with be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 21 at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery, with Mark R. Bess and James Jeffries officiating. Burial will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park at London.

Granvil Ray Kincaid
Granvil Ray Kincaid Jr. died July 13, 2010, in Panama, Central America.
Born June 19, 1934, in Dixie, he was the son of the late Granvil R. and Martha Workman Kincaid. He also was preceded in death by a sister, Wanda Kincaid Wright, on March 20, 2009.
Ray attended Gauley Bridge High School in Gauley Bridge before entering the Army. He served 20 years in the military and retired in Panama where he made his home.
Surviving: his wife, Delores; daughters, Cindy and Milly; son, Granvil Ray Kincaid III; three grandchildren; brothers, Billy Kincaid of Hopkinsville, Ky., and Bobby Kincaid and Douglas Kincaid, both of Dixie; sisters, Diana Sue Brown Castiglia of Las Vegas, Nev., and Sandra Bird and Libby Nichols, both of Fayetteville.
Memorial services will be held in Panama.
Robert Allen Pennington
Robert Allen Pennington, 57, of Smithers, died June 25, 2010, at home after a sudden illness.
Born March 3, 1953, in Montgomery, he was the son of the late Robert Clifford and Rosalie Radford Pennington.
He was a Navy veteran.
Surviving: his son, Joseph M. Pennington of Lehigh Acres, Fla.; sisters and their husbands, Rebecca and Ron Kovalsky of Mesa, Ariz., Donna and Charles Jones of Hugheston and Debbie and Max Hill of Mount Carbon; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial service was July 15 at Hughes Creek Community Church, Hugheston, with the Rev. Gary Tucker officiating.
