A Fayette County woman is facing felony charges following a domestic incident over the weekend.
Fayette County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched Saturday evening to a domestic incident in the Kimberly area.
Upon arrival, deputies found that a woman had assaulted her mother. The release said multiple uncapped needles and other heroin-related drug paraphernalia were found in the home, easily accessible to the suspect’s 4-year-old child.
Brandy Kay Hall, 26, of Armstrong Creek, was arrested and charged with child neglect creating risk of injury, domestic battery and domestic assault. Child Protective Services was notified.
Hall remains incarcerated at Southern Regional Jail.
