Riverside posted a 15-1 high school baseball victory over host Valley on Thursday.
Prior to the game, Valley High School and the community recognized the seniors on the school's final baseball team.
Valley went on to defeat Richwood 14-7 on Tuesday to improve to 3-15. In that game, Zach Winter pitched 5 2/3 innings, striking out 10, to earn the mound decision. He also went 2-for-6 at the plate with two doubles and an RBI. Jett Taylor earned the save.
Also for Valley, Noah Arthur was 2-for-5 with a double and one RBI, Isiah Ford was 3-for-5 with a double and an RBI, and Christian Auxier was 2-for-5 with a double and three RBIs.
The Greyhounds are scheduled to play at Nitro on Wednesday.
Riverside (8-14) hosts Charleston Catholic at 6 p.m. on Thursday.
