Coaches at the high school, junior varsity, middle school and recreational league (adult or youth) levels are urged to submit game results, updated statistics, schedules/revisions or other information for their spring/summer seasons to The Montgomery Herald and The Fayette Tribune.
When turning in scores or statistics, coaches/statisticians are reminded to provide at least the last names of participants; information will not be published with only the first name.

Bob Mullett, game director of the West Virginia Athletic Coaches Association’s North-South Football Classic, has announced details for the 2022 event.
Brian Thomas of Musselman High School will lead the North Bears. Brad Dingess of Spring Valley High School will guide the South Cardinals.
Two Oak Hill High seniors — Leonard Farrow and Braxton Hall — were chosen to be members of the South all-star squad.
The 2022 West Virginia Athletic Coaches Association’s North-South Football Classic, presented by WCHS-TV/FOX-11, will kick off at 12 p.m. on Saturday, June 11 at South Charleston High School's Black Eagle Stadium. This year’s game will once again be televised live on WCHS-TV in the Charleston/Huntington market and on WTOV-TV in the Wheeling, WV/Steubenville, Ohio market with West Virginia Broadcasting Hall of Famer Mark Martin and Ravenswood High School coaching legend Mick Price. The stations are owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group.

The Canaan Valley Running Company has issued a call to runners to register for the fourth annual Canaan Valley Half Marathon, 10K and 5K presented by Mountain Top Realty and Canaan Valley BBQ.
The race will be held at the Canaan Valley Resort on April 30 to May 1.
"We are excited to be launching our fourth season of our flagship race: the Canaan Valley Half Marathon, 10K and 5K," said Robby McClung, owner and founder of the Canaan Valley Running Company. "Even with a global pandemic, this race has continued to grow and improve every year. This year will be no exception. Runnings and spectators can expect some exciting new additions.
"Available runner registration slots are limited, so we encourage runners to register today before it is too late."
Despite Covid-19 and pandemic-related mandates, the 2021 season saw 1,600 runners participate in Canaan Valley Running Company races.
The 2022 race season is currently sponsored by Appalachian Timing Group, Canaan Valley Resort, Mountain Top Realty & Rentals, Canaan Valley BBQ and Highland Outdoors.
