Elk Valley Christian 17

Auston Preast tallied 25 points Monday to lift the Valley PK-8 boys to a 49-17 triumph over Elk Valley Christian.

Others in the scoring column were: Donnie Welch, 2; Sean Sizemore, 8; Christian Watson, 2; Titan Arthur, 4; David Spaulding, 4; Hyman Branard, 2; and Casey Chapman, 2.

Elk Valley scoring was as follows: Owen Woodard, 2; Kyle Adkins, 4; Micheal Bryant, 1; Derrick Petry, 1; Trewer Strobel, 2; Jon Graham, 5; and Landon Smith, 2.

Valley (1-1) is slated to play at Meadow Bridge on Thursday, Dec. 12 and host Clay County on Monday, Dec. 16.

Elk Valley Christian 5

In the girls matchup on Monday, the Greyhounds cruised by Elk Valley.

Destiny Scott scored 10 points and Madison Young had eight to lead the way. Also providing offense were: Alexis Dozier, 5; Emily Myers, 5; and Samantha Edwards, 4.

Valley will visit Meadow Bridge on Dec. 12.

Bible Center 38

On Dec. 6, host Bible Center got past the Valley boys 38-15.

Sam Mulaney netted 18 points to pace the victory. Other Bible Center scorers included: Easton Pinkerton, 6; Jax Hartle, 5; Nathon Argento, 6; Tyler Garrison, 2; and Wyatt Zornes, 1.

Valley scorers were as follows: Sean Sizemore, 6; Christian Watson, 4; David Spaulding, 2; and Brayden Arthur, 3.

For the Greyhound girls in the loss to Bible Center, Madison Young scored six points, Destiny Scott had four, Alexis Dozier scored three, and Jacie Wiseman tallied two.

Schedules and rosters for the winter seasons can be submitted, as well.
